MAGIC LESSONS DRIVING SCHOOL LLC
GENERAL:
By booking or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Driving Lessons:
Cancellations must be made at least 1 business day in advance (24 hours). Otherwise, a $25 cancellation fee will apply, or the scheduled lesson will be forfeited.
5-Hour Course:
Cancellations made outside the required time frame will be subject to a $25 administrative fee.
Road Test Services:
Road test cancellations must be made at least 3 business days in advance (72 hours). Otherwise, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
Monday Appointments:
If your appointment is scheduled for a Monday, you must contact the office on Saturday to avoid cancellation fees.
Cancellation Methods:
We do not accept cancellations via:
- Text messages
- Emails
- Voicemail
- Social media
Cancellations must be made directly by calling our office.
REFUND POLICY
- No refunds will be issued without the original receipt.
- Refund requests must be made within a reasonable period of time from the date of purchase.
- Services already used will be deducted before calculating any refund.
- Payments made by card may include non-refundable administrative and processing fees.
- If payment was made by credit card, a 6% fee will be charged on the total refund amount.
DRIVING LESSON RULES
- Lessons are subject to availability.
- Students must arrive on time.
- If a client is late for their lesson, the instructor will wait for the client for a period of 25 minutes. After that time, for quality control purposes and to avoid conducting the lesson under time pressure or providing poor or shortened service, the client will forfeit the lesson. If the client wishes to reschedule, they may do so by paying a $25 fee.
- Time lost due to tardiness may be deducted from the lesson.
- For safety and insurance reasons, only the student and instructor may remain inside the vehicle during the lesson.
- Magic Lessons Driving School reserves the right to cancel or refuse services due to inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.
- Clients are required to alternate between at least two instructors due to instructor availability.
ROAD TEST RULES
Students are responsible for ensuring they have:
- A valid learner permit
- A valid 5-Hour Course certificate
- Documents required by the DMV
Students who require corrective lenses must wear them during the road test.
Magic Lessons Driving School is not responsible for:
- DMV cancellations
- Government delays
- Weather conditions
- Changes made by third parties
- Clients who need a duplicate of their 5-Hour Course certificate must request it at least 3 business days before the scheduled date of their road test. A $30 fee will apply for the duplicate certificate.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Magic Lessons Driving School does not guarantee specific results on DMV road tests or written exams. Student performance will depend on multiple individual factors.

CLASS PACKAGE INACTIVITY
Any package of lessons, services, or credits purchased from Magic Lessons Driving School will have a maximum validity period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
If the student does not use or complete the contracted services within that period of time, the package will be considered expired and the service contract will automatically terminate, with no obligation on the part of Magic Lessons Driving School to provide a refund, extension, transfer, or reactivation.
Once the validity period has expired, any remaining balance of unused lessons, credits, or services will be automatically canceled and will no longer be valid.
